Kristin’s love for real estate first began with the purchase of a small condo in the beautiful city of Denver- as a client of Live West Realty! Over the following years, Kristin developed a passion for real estate investing, eventually building a substantial portfolio of rental properties across the Front Range. By self managing each of these properties and navigating the constantly evolving Colorado real estate market, Kristin has developed an extensive knowledge base that prioritizes her clients’ needs in all facets of a real estate transaction. With intimate knowledge of the excitement, stress, and need for support that clients experience when buying or selling a home, Kristin brings a relationship-focused approach to all interactions.

Kristin also has over 10 years of experience working as a counselor in high-stress and fast-paced healthcare settings. This unique background ensures that Kristin is able to advocate for her clients to achieve their goals through strong communication and problem solving skills, while minimizing client stress along the way.

In her free time, you can find Kristin enjoying all that Colorado has to offer in adventures with her husband and their two sweet dogs. Camping trips, biking, skiing, and hiking are just a few of their favorite activities, along with scoping out new rental properties.
